engineering students uncertain as the high court says the merit list on which
admissions were granted to them must be scrapped. They might have got admission
to their choice of college offer ing degree engineering cours es in Gujarat,
but there is no clarity if these 47,129 students will be able to pursue study

rejecting the admission formula based on percentile rank that the state
